It depends on the size of the house, access to the roof void and subfloor, and how bad the problem is. Ring or send the form with your suburb and a rough idea of the house and you will get a fixed price before anything starts. No surprises on the invoice.
How soon can you get here?
Most jobs are booked within the week, and urgent problems like an active termite find or rats in the roof are prioritised. Ring and we will give you the next available slot on the call.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Vex Pest Co. holds a Queensland Health pest management licence, PMT 013412924. Happy to show it on the day.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
The products used are chosen to be low risk once dry. Keep kids and pets off treated surfaces until they are dry, cover fish tanks and switch the pump off. If anyone in the house is pregnant, unwell or asthmatic, tell us when you book and we will work around it.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit it helps, so we can walk you through what we find. For outside only treatments or repeat visits, just leave side gates unlocked and we will send the report through.
Do you treat units and townhouses?
Yes, and body corporate common areas too. For strata work we can run a scheduled program and keep the record for the committee.
