A quick spray around the outside and a form letter through the door is the version most people have paid for at least once. It is quick, it is cheap for whoever is selling it, and it does very little, because nobody looked under the house and nobody wrote down what was there.

It is the part of the job that decides everything else. A treatment chosen before anybody has looked is a guess with a receipt attached.

Including the parts that could not be reached, and the things that are a risk but not a problem yet. That is what a report is for.
